Do you think if this cop got shot in a small, quiet, clean suburb neighborhood they would fly down an EMS...?

It all depends on how close they are to a hospital and how bad he is hurt...the EMT's make the transport decision....of course it has to be in a place that a chopper can land in or they may transport him to a safer LZ.
