Hey does anyone remember that homie the clown rumor and the pcp stickers?

I dont know about the rest of the great U.S but in IL (Chicago mostly) there was a rumor of a man in a white van dressed as the Damon Wayans, character Homie the clown from in living color. He was supposedly driving around snatching up kids or beating them or something. It was huge! Even the cops were looking. And the whole don't put stickers on your skin cause people put pcp on the to get the kids high. Both stories were on the news, flyers were handed out and us kids couldn't go out alone for weeks. Good times lol!
